1. Who we are
Bacres Grain ("we," "us," or "our") is a grain facility at 3753 Nauvoo Rd., Alvinston, ON N0N 1A0, in partnership with ADM. We are managed by Group Solum Inc. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit bacresgrain.ca, send us a message, or apply for a job.
2. What we collect
- When you send us a message: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message, and the page you sent it from.
- When you apply for a job: your name, email address, phone number, your answers on the form, and your CV if you attach one.
- When you visit: our host, Vercel, records basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.
3. Where it goes
- Messages and job applications are stored in the Group Solum console, the system our staff use. It runs on Supabase and Vercel in the United States, so your information may be processed under the laws of the United States.
- When a message arrives, our staff get an email saying so, with a link. The message itself stays in the console.
- When you apply for a job, the Group Solum hiring team gets an email with your name, the job and a link, and we send you an email confirming we have your application.
- If you phone or email one of our ADM Originators directly, ADM handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies and third parties
- We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits for us without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- The map in our contact section is Google Maps. Loading it sends your IP address to Google, Google may set its own cookies, and Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
- Our fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
- This site sets one cookie of its own, and only when our staff unlock a page that is not public yet. Visitors never get it.
5. How we use it
To answer your message. To consider your job application. To keep the site secure. We do not sell your information or send newsletters. The only optional emails are job alerts: if you tick the box on the application form, Group Solum Inc. emails you when new jobs open at its companies, and every email has a link to stop them.
6. How long we keep it
Messages are deleted two years after they arrive. Job applications are kept for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email info@bacres.ca. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
